I know there's lots of differing views on this but I'm part of the @Oldfolk school of thought that we're in the world of business not justice. Let's be friends for now, where both parties mutually benefit, and people can get their jobs back. For those who want out, there'll be plenty of opportunity to sell from here at a higher share price.
