This all kicked off with a big fish increasing their holding to 10%... sure, maybe a few careless retail players may have made such an error, but I doubt it extends to more than a few such instances.
I believe this is probably a combination of buyers following fund money on the basis that they 'know something' and/or spec buyers reading the tea-leaves with vaccines and the role temperature monitoring plays.
