I was about to write what we could have and should have done...but there is no sense in that...history won't care we had extra months of delays...so me focusing on that now would be unintelligible.
Noble placed the threats last year, that they want this completed, and they also wouldn't deny themselves with the domestic coal CP knowing they can sell the domestic contract to a third party if not directly to ESKOM. IDC (the second funder) was ready to fund several years ago...so guess who is is causing the delays?
