It is all confusing considering the accounts published mid-company life (sadly it was killed while only a tot) on 28 Sep 2007 16:49 had that holder down for 6,447,500 shares.
Now I guess it is possible they were not sold, but were forfeited/cancelled or similar. But surely a change in subs holding should have been lodged in that case?
And even then, they should still be escrowed, hence should still show under another name, and looking at the top20, there does not appear to be a spare 3m shares lying around.
It is odd, and I look forward to the explanation of what has happened on this matter, in addition to all the other goings on.
I am interest to hear more about this tenement sale. I can feel another ASIC lodgement coming....
