Me too. I am trying to free some cash, I'd like to have a min of 1m at these prices if I can swing it. It is hard to think that only a year ago a million shares would have been over a million dollars and now without much change to the story you can grab the same parcel for $230k! To me that is an opportunity worth having a punt on.
