Without that announcement there would have been any dump. Do not flatter yourself.
Selling brought on further selling, which is not a dump, it was capital preservation right ultra?
The definition of a pump and dump is that those in the know dump their shares first. Obviously it was ambiguity in the announcement that lead to the sell off.
I think it was a dumb move by management to inform the market of half baked ideas to increase the level of uncertainty.
I expect this to bounce hard in a positive market. Stocks that are overly sold often do this, so be prepared.
