today's announcement is obviously just one positive step towards complete commercialisation. Owning the IP isnt cashflow coming in the door, but it is one of the largest de-riskers that this company faced in the near term. we now have price certainty and deal certainty.
Any comments about "that which wasn't said within the announcement" is muted by the fact that continuous disclosure rules require companies to disclose anything that is material to the announcement.
