All I can see from your opinion is personal against the chairman, but it’s public list company and he doesn’t own 100% of the company, will you explain why there still a insider buying instead of selling ?? If what you are saying is a truth and I am sure the rest of the board is not idiot, they are doing what they can do to save their own money. I choose believe the CEO and the rest of the board rather believe you
