Interesting news on gold -- and why has it been stuck under the USD1,000 per oz level for so long??

There have been lots of stories about the manipulation of the gold price over the years -- many believe that it could never happen. Just like people believed that financial lenders would NEVER lend money to people who could not possibly meet their repayments!!!

If this organization is even 50% accurate, where will people rush to for a safe haven when economies like the UK, US and EU are in such turmoil - and with more bad news and knock-on effects still to come??
