I think the short answer to your question is that Spectur isn't really involved in the agricultural sector at the moment. However, all of your examples of possible areas of synergy between Spectur's surveillance and asset protection capabilities, and vulnerable assets in the agricultural sector look interesting, as @kickit2me has commented.

I'm no expert on the agricultural sector, but I suspect that Spectur will focus their main sales efforts in the near term on their nominated priority sectors (which were outlined recently). Nevertheless, the expected allocation of more resources to marketing, including digital marketing may well yield enquiries from unexpected sources as the company's products and range of capabilities become better understood in the market place.

Also, I wouldn't be at all shy about forwarding your ideas to the company's Managing Director, who I've found to be very responsive to constructive suggestions floated by shareholders.
