As long as the VUL SP is above 28.5c there is value in the VULO options.
Logically, with the VUL shareprice currently at $1.005, the options should be trading at a minimum of ($1.005c - 28.5c) = 72c, plus the cost of the 'exercise money' (say another 2-3c) until 20/1/21.
As the exercise date is not until 21/1/21 you don't have to pay the 28.5c for another 4 months.
