I believe it's a Metals Consulting Mob based out of Grimsby Ontario......They're under the straight up Acronym of BMCG . You will see them .....they are ' Restructuring Specialists it would appear. So.... Toronto BASED ......no one on their website based in Quebec .....and don't know what Capacity they would have to ' Fund ' these ' Option Installment's ' ......unless they can ' Leverage ' off their First Installment .....and so on and so forth ...etc.. etc... .

I guess if I were to guess , I would say that they obviously want to Grow their business in the potentially flourishing Mining Jurisdiction of Quebec . I would also then suggest that they obviously ' Know ' something is going to unfold in their direction so to speak. So they could almost be considered ' Insiders ' without really being considered ' related parties ' ...because they are effectively ONLY options being earned under a funding style options ' agreement ' .

I suppose though when and if they were to ALL be issued over the what 18 month period , they would end up potentially being a substantial holder with 17.75% of the Entity .......whatever it ends up looking like....... Purely speculation buddy , so you'll have to fact check my findings for yourself.
