Tonight's the night for the big cut @shovel40
2 1/2 kilos of pork with crackling. Just looking at it would have some here thinking it was time for a 10k run.
Trade wise had an unexpected snipe out of the blue first up, followed up with a trade in ALU then took the rest of the day off.
Looks like I missed a bit of action.So be it.
Back to roast. Gotta make the Apple Sauce. Dig ya later.
