The last directors share transaction was completed on the 9th September. If there is a 14 day freeze on announcements then the earliest announcement which can be released is Wednesday 23rd September, Australian time.
If there is any connection to Tesla's battery day (on 22nd September, 1:30pm Pacific Time) then the 23rd September is the day!!!!! Cutting it fine, hence no earlier news pre-Battery day event.
