S, I'm really not sure why so many are focused on a T/O. With so many ndas in place, this has a long way to play out. No-one will even look at it until the chip is validated. If it is, and the potential contracts are there, why would u sell.? Potentially, the world becomes BRNs oyster. All going well, it would take massive $$$$$ Lots to play out. This is still a spec stock, but possibly not for long. A day traders wet dream, and being shorted, but still sneaking little gains, on down days, with massive volume. Plenty to like.
