As stated previously I believe they should have a stretch hurdle.
Lets be honest if Christian’s goals aren’t aligned with ours already considering his current holdings then I don’t know how this will change things.
How would I have structured it?
Well I believe 6c and 8c are to low (maybe one should have been around that level) but one should have been a stretch not all vesting with 100% of the pre-covid SP.
I also believe the resource goal is too low especially the Cu Equiv goal of 0.5%... that’s lower then Productora when Cortadera is meant to be bother larger and higher grade.
Whats going to happen when all these rights are converted by early next year? Do they just get new lots of rights at low hurdles again?
It’s not like they aren’t being well renumerated... so these are bonuses for going above and beyond.
