Agree with you here BK. Performance rights are a bonus and not a given. To accuse you of not working hard in your life because you don’t think someone should set their bonus so low is a bit ridiculous.
People are defending CE’s rights like he is their best mate. I think respect is due for what he has accomplished and how HCH has survived thanks to him and long term investors. But like you said, he is well remunerated first his hard work and his travels etc.
So why not set the bar a little bit higher but still reachable?

things reach boiling point on here every few days it seems. Then the name calling and defensive posts start flowing in. We all believe in this company hence why we hold. And discussion is healthy (when done in a healthy productive way...).

Bring on the MRE where we can leave the bickering and tension behind!
