    People don't believe me but out of Sydney this Thursday my 2.15pm flight to Melbourne ended up leaving at 7.40pm.

    It was not a pleasant experience - we all eventually worked out that there was no aircraft available and they had to get one down from Brisbane - which must be further away than I realized.

    Now my business friends tell me that this is not uncommon. Not happy Jan.

    What is Rudd doing about this?
