Just as long as ISX stops dealing with businesses as soon as they lose their license, then ISX should be OK. In my opinion ISX should also be proactive in identifying scammers, maybe this is an area where they could improve.
If I think back to the various times I have been scammed when using eBay and Paypal, I doubt that eBay and Paypal would get into trouble unless they knew people were being scammed and they did nothing.
