At a minimum, the same length as the first wave (10c), but potentially much higher than that (ie 1.68 x wave 1 = 16.8c up which takes us to 23c).
We need to see some volume and that will come once the big boys get wind of a deal being consumated. The volume willbe our first clue to an announcement...
