I remember a long time ago, someone telling me that if Hitler died in the 1930's History would have remembered him very differently.
I asked this person why/how... his reply was, he was leader at a point in time, when people with Home loans, had their loans wiped clean... History would have associated Hitler with all this... the real reason of course had nothing to do with Hitler.
I didn't understand it at the time.... mmm
