Just to add to the above, BHP initially offered a deal of $30m USD for 10% in Solgold back in 2016 which was rejected.
This will be equal to 14c for HCH on a fully diluted basis.
BHP was then successful in 2018 with a $35m USD ($49m AUD) for 6.1% stake. This equates to 25c.
So, if any deals were to be made, it will likely be in the range of 14c - 25c on a fully diluted basis.
