"I think your protestations that, and I use your words here "There are many stocks that are still sitting well above the late 2008 crashed prices and doing relatively well business-wise", have been exposed for what they are by your inability to give just one example. Your assertion then must be considered as absolute nonsense."
HOW ON EARTH did you arrive at that ludicrous conclusion Frankie?!!! Wrong, wrong, totally wrong. Perhaps you mistook the meaning of Franklins's earlier quotes?
In my absence you can't see find just one or two companies for yourself that are well above 2008 bottoms and performing brilliantly (and will continue to do so)? My, you are lost in bouts of depression.
Remember Frankie (if you in fact ever tried to absorb my earlier posts in your state of all enveloping negativity), I never said anything about buying everything across the markets. There is a lot to burn over the coming year yet, but many healthy companies, both on ASX and internationally, simply won't be seen at earlier panic levels ever again.
They are not hard to find with a little effort, but I won't be listing any for you. It is not about how far or high they might have been in the past in accounts or on a chart. It is what they are now after the carnage and will remain/become as a company looking forwards into more difficult times ahead.
