BH in theory your chart is spot on but how in this day and age are we going to find jobs for all the exess people in the finace and government areas. WE used to have a primary industry driven economy . A small farm of 1000 acres used to be able to support a family and a part time worker now you need 5000 acres for the same on a typical wa wheat and sheep farm. forrestry and fishing which included whaling employed far many more people than today. Country towns used to be vibrant, now they are shells of closed businesses and retirees.Gold towns employed tens of thousands now most are ghost towns. Its a real mess we have dug for ourselves to try and turn the chart around and god only nows how we will ever get it back into balance.
