    Not quite sure what the response "So confirmed" means. Does it mean he already did state that investors should not rely on them... or he WILL put out an ann which states that?

    I think they WILL put out an ann.

    Badly worded response imo.

    Might have a slightly negative impact on the SP. I'm still watching for the sidelines.
