These are the Leighton share prices over the last 6 months compared to my home made Industrials - Capital Goods sector index.

At the moment Leighton's share price is either cheap when compared to the sector or otherwise Leighton is underperforming the sector.

My gut feeling is that the sector index has hit a brick wall and has basically not been moving for the last couple of months. During this time the Leighton share price has been in a range from about $16 - $26.

On the chart any vertical movement can be attributed to the sector while horizontal movement is attributed to the company.

If you assume the sector will not be moving in the forseeable future I would put the low at $12ish , the high at $27ish and the average at around $20.
