Kcn gets concession and new SPLs valued @2b on top of existing Chatree facilities and total value $3b plus. Market only
valued half of that $1.5b /220m (share on issues) $6.81 per share.
They can get 300m loan easily but I will look at dilution only. Let say they want money and want to issue 60m shares @ $5, most us will be happy to participate by knowing they don’t have loans and income will start to coming in 7-8 months. 90C vs $5. I can still live with it.
