    This article http://www.businessspectator.com.au/bs.nsf/Article/QIC-sells-86m-Acrux-shares-NBAYA!OpenDocument says:
"Queensland Investment Corporation sold 8,643,461 Acrux shares between November 5 and January 9, decreasing from 9,193,457 shares (5.77%) to 549,996 shares (0.35%)."

Which agrees with my own sums on the holding notices. QIC must have figured they'd be able to unload the last 550,000 on market for more than 45c, and have presumably been doing that.

Over 700,000 shares have been traded since January 9, so they may have finished selling the rest of their holding, or be close to doing so.
