If it was up to Telstra we would still be using carrier pigeons for fast communication in Australia.
We are way behind the rest of the world in fast cheap communications. Thanks to Telstra - the natural monopoly!!!
Telstra is big bloated and navel gazing. It needs competition to make it act as a responsible corporate citizen.
Frankly I can not see Telstra changing its attitude any time soon. While it continues to fight against any change for the better it will continue to lose customers and continue to be one of the most loathed companies in Australia.
