Personally I would think it would increase the SP because I think MGX is more vnerable now (in the middle of the credit crisis) than it will be in later years i.e taking the hit later when MGX is financially stronger & the general market sentiment is better.
Is there a way to value the hedging contract based a various cases. By that I mean if the $AUD remains at say 0.6 US what would these contacts cost MGX ? and what if $AUD is 0.5 US or 0.70 US
