ABR was 50c pre Covid, financing and full Permit Approval. I really cannot see it going down into the 30’s to close a gap created on for a reason.
That said if it did go that low I would probably sell my house and go all in
I get the feeling the bottom is close (low to mid 70’s) purely based on talk of the share price dropping so far. We will know next week
