Larry has been talking about the industry being regulated for the last few years. There's quite a few articles on the Westpac website of him talking about it and what good it can also bring. Zip is pretty well prepared for this and encouraging it. In fact the entire open banking thing is what the government has made mandatory for the banks and with the help from Zip banks can (and are actively doing so) navigate their way into this new era.
