Thanks for the link to the paper Paving the road for RNA therapeutics. We are left with some outstanding questions. Not mine, but a reference to the Outstanding Questions raised by the authors. The biggie for PYC shareholders is the question in regards to what options are available to explore endosomal escape for RNA therapeutics.
In light of the release of the announcement by PYC in regards to CPP-LNPs it appears to be a rhetorical question. The authors also highlight in their concluding remarks that while GalNAc based delivery vehicles are getting most attention, larger delivery vehicles like LNPs should not be disregarded.
Its hard not to notice that PYC are moving on a parallel playing surface to other biotech's including Sarepta. Everyone else has worked on the cart and hoped to find the horse. PYC has brought the horse and have found some very nice carts ready for delivery.
