    just spoke to Teagan in Investor relations.

    Fox picked up the story this morning based on JP morgan comment on Friday.

    So old news and definitely NOT fact.

    VPG is not in breach of any debt covenant; as this would be a requirement of ASX to announce if fact

    Settle down guys
