It may not be their intention, but I think the kids are doing WHC shareholders a favour. The simple fact is that global coal demand is likely to decline over time and management has not made a good business case for its proposed expansion as opposed to using cash flow to repay debt and increase dividends to us. In the absence of such a convincing case, I will be voting for the greenies' resolution because I think it will make my shares more valuable. Let's talk more about business facts rather than be emotional or political.
