I held plenty of stocks over the years that attract these idiots . I'm certain some are paid to do it . What we can be sure of is it's in their best interest to see the stock go down . They are effectively harassing the investors or potential investors . A type of bullying is another way to look at it . It is known that these tactics do have a certain degree of success in the short time frames . A few years ago there was an interesting write up on the subject in the AFR .
