    Yep Peter,

    We're definately heading for hell in a handcart.

    If there is such a housing shortage, it should be pretty evident where construction money should be spent.

    Kev thinks that we can consume our way out of our economic woes. But consumption without spending on productive capacity and education is partly what got us in this mess.
