The only fraud here is you I am afraid. R squared is coefficient of determination. R is correlation.
I think you have no idea what you're talking about.
This is taught in basic stats.
To derive a Beta, you can use the slope function in Excel; but make sure you have your variables in the right position. MYL's Beta is 1.18 on weekly over the year.
You obviously never studied maths at university.
