Just like the curfew was non health related in order to enforce compliance. Stage 4 was my guess driven by Andrews to get faster elimination at any cost. Keep in mind were tracing systems being upgraded etc then? No, just Andrews locking things down. Part of me feels he has zero faith in DHHS and felt so frustrated himself, that he essentially has put the state through chemotherapy because he no faith in a targeted strategy.

Andrews has said he was relying on Covid MODELLING. When will people learn you cannot rely on modelling. Whether it financial, climate, medical, modelling is never correct. Peoples biases unintentionally end up in the models. Jet
