yep, high cash levels definitely the reason for the underwhelming performance.
Could come in handy over the next 6 months though, where you'd hope to see your loss turn into gains.
Market has topped out momentarily, taken a dip, and with it created a few buying opportunities.
Less risk if you stay where you are in my opinion
