It means they've taken a sample of the ore from the drill core and done a desk top analysis to see how it would perform under a conventional processing method.
Results show that it should go thru the process very well and produce concentrate at quite high %. I think WSA is 13 or 14 from memory, so 16% is very good. 90% recovery is about industry standard on average.
Numbers are lower for disseminated I assume because there's more waste in between the good bits (technical term).
