    Follow the trend and candles. The trend has revered going by todays strong green candle, just like it did it hit 17c and 18c. Once again it's looks to start making Higher Highs and Higher lows (ie an uptrend).

    It will continue in this fashion until it hits upside resistance in the 20's.
