This drop was always going to happen with the cash raise.
This is a six month hold at minimum, SA government is going to have to get this up and running to help their GST revenues. Guaranteed to get off the ground in my opinion.
With the ease of getting this out of the ground, it its a no brainer to dig this up and SP should increase 100 fold.
