Well done as always JK and team.
Not a surprise however as ISX is truly a first rate, innovative company.
The only surprise is that the ASX have not yet lifted ISX's suspension.
***
TIME FOR ASIC TO REVEAL THEIR TRUE COLOURS - that is -
Will ASIC side with their buddies at ASX - retain the status quo in their long-standing and at times, 'flawed' relationship with the market operator? ASX individuals are not infallible - that is ASX are capable of making mistakes and bad decisions and individuals within ASX have demonstrated that they are not above bias, discrimination and vindictiveness.
OR
Will ASIC demonstrate that they, ASIC, have integrity and are a fair, transparent, ethical and unprejudiced regulator and hence intervene quickly now to end ASX's damaging reign over ISX?
If ASIC don't intervene and assist ISX, then the ASIC similar to the ASX, risk inordinate reputational damage as there has been no evidence presented by ASX or ASIC to explain the reasons for ISX's suspension. None provided on or after 2 October 2019 - only inferences, innuendo and/or blank statements quoting listing rules (rules since modified).
