I don't think it hurts to call Josh Frydenbergs Parliamentary office ((02) 6277 7340) and leave a comment or feedback to the very pleasant assistant there.
In just a few minutes being brief and to the point and polite, informing how ASX has had 12 months, ASIC says nothing to anyone and has had approx 12 months, ASX has a potential conflict of interest with ISX, and neither ASX nor ASIC has provided evidence of wrongdoing or finalised their investigations.
Inform of the financial effect and ask that Josh Frydenberg as the Minister overseeing ASIC to take interest and action in getting a conclusion. Doesn't hurt to mention that UK financial regulators have just done due diligence and awarded further licences to ISX.
