The worry is the manageable interest rate.
However, the board is still in place.
As they are in theory supposed to put the shareholders interests 1st, can they support an arrangement that definitely wipes out the shareholders? Or are they forced to go into administration, on the very remote chance that administation produces a return of some sort?
