Sure mate I’ll explain it for you, obviously you’re not understanding the market rules you invested in.
It’s still a listed company that would be in breach of listing rules if it had material news, it’s suspended so can’t be suspended whilst in suspension, but if the news was anything but pumpers trying to offload off market then it would have to explain why it broke the rules (being that its a listed company) before it could have the suspension lifted.

Would I sell to you in an off market transfer for less than half of its last traded price? Nope, I’d rather claim the larger capital deduction once it delists, thanks for the offer though.
