I am not talking the company down; however I am not buying in without a JORC estimate or feasibility study. Then there is also talk of lowball takeovers; which I am not interested in companies that sell for peanuts before production.
Everyone is different with how they view and invest in stocks. I am going to pass on this but keep it on watch.
