    The company has to be close to needing more capital reading their 4C correctly.

    what is everyone's opinion on the quantum and price they could raise at?

    does any one know what placement capacity of SIS at the moment?

    IMO i can't see them doing a placement unless its at least a 30% discount plus to their 20 day VWAP... my ruff workings make that at 2 cents.

    All IMO pls DYOR

    would like an open and full discussion.
