I disagree buddy, give it 6 months to save yourself even more. Too many places sitting empty for too long now already. If people are taking up these new house and land building grants, the pre existing built homes will have to drop further to sell. It’s Just my opinion. I’m hoping that FBR have some nice big contracts in place by mid next year and we can clean up.
